Conflicts arise whether we want it or not, in an event that conflict does arise. My recommendation to solve this is, try to work it out between the two that have the conflict by having a 1 on 1 conversation somewhere. I want to emphasize that it should be 1 on 1 or maybe have another mutual party involve in this, but the conversation must be somewhere private. This means that there WILL NOT BE argument within the chat room or in the general forum. If problem cannot be solved, one or both party is required to make a post in the forum under the RADIO section.
The post should include the issue at hand one has with the other.
The post should include recommended solution for the conflict
The post should include logs of their conversation if possible
The post should include logs of where problem first occur if possible

Failure to post logs will put both parties in a disadvantage because it will be one person�s word against another and this can be very stressful.

Failure to post conflict on forum which may spread through the community will result in termination of both party involved (DJ termination/ Listener Banned). Reason for this is because if one party stay, then it will be viewed that the radio is favoring one person and this will result in future conflicts within the community.

Some may ask why make a post in the forum, this is because, when a person have to write out the conflict and think of solution for it, they will begin to realize that they may not be completely fault free. By thinking of a solution, they may come to realize that, the solution may not be practical. Lastly, by having everyone view the conflict on the forum and taking their time to look at the evidence presented, they may offer a sounding solution. Decision regarding any issue will be made as soon as possible.

*Admin/Head DJ has final decision authority, please respect the decision made whether one AGREES WITH IT OR NOT.

I strongly suggest members re-visit this thread topic. As part of the ALRadio family – listeners, mods, DJ’s, admins – everyone needs to respect one another. We will not tolerate immaturity or discourtesy amongst our crew.

Thanks to the hard work of our team, ALRadio has been growing tremendously. As a result, we need to keep threads, events, etc. organized as much as possible. If one has a suggestion or request out of the current norm, please feel free to post in the appropriate forum topic or bring it up with the ALRadio admins.
